Also: you have points in your account, right? I tried in a throwaway account of mine with 750 points, the 65k offer showed up there as well.
If you really need the card asap, apply and take screenshots of the email offer and then SM and request the bump up to the 65k + $50 offer.

Thanks for the tips. I'm afraid that I don't know what you mean by a "private browsing window." Do you mean when I'm not logged in to UAL? I tried that and no go. I also tried a different computer. I am in no rush for the card, but I only want to apply if I get the 65K they offered me.
I do have points in my account. I called Chase and they said that they would need to escalate (their description didn't sound promising so I hung up while on hold). Any more tips would be much appreciated. Thanks.
