Another stay here in a standard room--no upgrade but the FD was helpful and really did try to find an upgrade for me. Wasn't wowed by the wonderful room (compared to previous stay in a corner room) but overall the stay was very pleasant thanks in no small part to the excellent and speedy service. This property is unquestionably the best W I've stayed in from a service perspective.

Also, quick hint, it takes about three minutes for the room keys to start working. If you walk quickly up to your room don't be surprised if you have to wait outside your door for a minute or two until the key will register correctly.
