Normally you would expect at least one airline among the alliance would have the FFP agreement with member elect already after one year of announcement. For example, Kingfisher had agreement with BA, CX, AA etc after announcement. JAL signed up with CX during joining process.
Seriously, it's hard to believe that no OW partners (to my knowledge) have any agreements to redeem for flights on MH. I've got BA miles burning a hole in my pocket. A watched pot never boils, I guess.
