Free checked bag, free snacks, DirecTV, XM radio, and no involuntary bumps. Crewmembers are super nice and they have excellent customer service, imo. For a transcon flight, I would recommend getting the Even More Space seats because it is way more comfy. For a shorter flight, I wouldn't bother since it's like $35 extra.
