The language is not the best. But in fairness, it actually communicates what they want to convey, ie that they are joining with the emphasis on action, but without any commitment that would allow people to complain if it all goes wobbly at the last moment.

Hopefully it will be end December. The lounges at KUL have been reconfigured in anticipation of elite travellers using them and access to them modified in line with how it will work post joining.
