Yes, in Harrahs system, the only way (unless there is some secret method I don't know about
) to get base points = tier points is by actual
gambling, the various (multiplier etc.) promos do not count.
[PS: A few months ago, I received a mailing which
appeared to say that when you played under
that promo your base pts. = tier points were going to be multiplied; many other players I spoke with had the same interpretation--Harrahs used incorrect wording describing it.
