AA TP Question
Hi,
Can someone kindly confirm my guess that AA only credit TP and Avios upon completion of complete itinerary ? Whilst BA happily credit individual sectors as they come along ?
As per the table at "http://www.britishairways.com/travel/collect-avios-oneworld/public/en_gb", elegible AA F fares are the F,P and A category.
I recently flew a few sectors with AA in A, P and one on I.
However I have been finding that my tier points and avios have not been applying to my account. I checked the status of a claim I made via the BA website for a flight more than 7 days ago that I flew on an A F ticket and found it was rejected ? I have not received any more detail about the rejection.
My guess therefore is that I have to complete the final sector before AA will credit the TP and Avios.
Is this correct ? Or should I be ringing up AA and giving them a hard time ?
