The redcoat at the counter was giving everyone on the flight, regardless of the length of their delay, a service recovery card. All it said was to go to a site and fill out the form for one of three choices. I believe the options were 5k miles, a $50 Delta travel voucher, or $25 prepaid gift card. (I could be off on the choices, but the Delta voucher was definitely the best deal.)

All the web site had is a long form asking for passenger, flight, ticket, and reservation info. About 2 days later I received an email saying that my voucher had been processed and should now appear in my account.
Oh no... does this mean that I"ll miss the rebate if I didn't get the service recovery card? Is there a way I can get it?

Thanks.
