Hi fellow travelers -

My Delta flight from Detroit to Boston was delayed for three hours due to mechanical problem. I was told that I could get $50 [for future delta travel] as a result of the delay (from a fellow passenger).

Is he right about this? If so, where can I get the $50? Please help, thank you!
