I believe you have 30 days from the date of your conditional approval to at least set an appointment. I have no knowledge of whether or not that can be extended for what ever reason.

Our of curiosity, and you don't have to answer of course, but why is it you don't just set one up now even though you're out of the country? Should be no harm. You may have your reasons though. I hope I'm not coming across as rude or anything. Just genuinely curious
