I've been up in 405 and 401 and you could see the pool and not much else. I'm working on photos right now so if you're up in the 400 section you'll have an idea. Even when I moved down into the 300s I couldn't see huge sections of the stands across the pool. Be prepared to hike up a series of metal stairs--several flights. Not for the weak of heart.
