FS is quite good for this as well- it has a completely separate entrance, I have never seen drunk people their (idiots or otherwise) as it really doesn't have that type of atmoshphere, unless you are a drunken idiot you will be able to get to your room in less than 4 minutes, and the vibe is completely un-vegas which is great.
I am completely with you in hating Vegas by the way- so FS is where I "hide away" if I go at all. This being said- the FS is overdue for a rennovation- whereas the MO is a brand new hotel.
