Apparently there is a lack of ground staff personnel to operate the apron/ground work, which is hardly surprising consider of this sudden typhoon which made a lot of unexpected OT by workers on the typhoon night, and thus subsequently rests are needed for them (juz my guess though)

dun think a good time to travel for upcoming 2 days due to the knock-ons...

Flight CX829 Toronto to Hong Kong scheduled to depart at 01:40 on 25 July has been delayed. The new departure time is now estimated at 13.30 on 25 July.
