I agree with David. I stayed at the MO last weekend; have stayed at the 4S the prior two trips. Where I go next really depends on what I'm looking for that particular trip. I don't think I've ever been upgraded at the MO but the lowest level rooms are better than anything at the 4S up to the Executive Suite level.

Modern vibe, room, location, spa - MO

Relaxed vibe, pool, main restaurant - 4S

Toss up over which adjacent casino is better. Maybe MO.
