I usually find myself at the end of a long line whether it is entering the DXB lounge, going to the loo, or even op-ups. I'm pretty much sure that these will come under increasing pressure and you may find the lifetimers + Golds outnumbering the actual J passengers.

I'd probably look forward to a Platinum tier rather than lifetime status - that may have more value to me in the immediate term than something I may look forward to enjoying several years from now.
