The entire operation of tsa at the airport is a game. A game with serious consequences for the players. Currently management officials are essentially on the chopping block for the inefficient operations that they are basically in charge of running. Sucks for a lot of good officers that i know and work with who are allegedly out the door for .... as dumb as eating freeze pops near the work area which gets up to triple digits or using their phone in the work area. They are good people who are going to be screwed because who wants to hire someone who was terminated from the federal government? Its a sad stab, stack, and climb work environment where everyone worries about other people instead of themselves. Theres a daily example with your co workers for how a few ...... people can ruin the good things for the rest of the bunch.

And yes, at every level from d band employees to j band directors, there are complete idiots who their existence in their position seriously puts doubt into the effectiveness of the results we are EXPECTED to be producing. It is scary how much responsibility is put into some people that are boarderline retarded. It is scary! You DO NOT want to know how scary it is...
