I asked for some sort of compensation for my frustration but have not heard back. Yet I continue to receive survey 'opportunities'. Might just have to redeem my $200+ and call it quits with them otherwise.
Hmmm...good luck on that compensation for your frustration. But I think you'll want to try louie-m's suggestion about the Hotspot shield, because not only won't you be able to take surveys outside your home country, I don't think they'll let you redeem there either.
Haven't tried that specifically, but I did ask them about it and they gave me a pretty generic answer about not being able to use your account while outside the country to "preserve account security."
