Or maybe you are checking in more 1 once in 24hrs...it could be numerous reasons..but reading the thread may illuminate you to the solution to your problem.
I am not new to topguest. The check ins were more than 24 hours. I am well aware of what you mentioned regarding re-saving account number and contacting topguest for points not credited to accounts. Usually when that happens, I could see my check in records on topguest and I also receive emails -- no such things this morning. Same thing happened to another friend who traveled with me.
I just need a confirmation of a successful check in with points from someone, then I will try again and see if it works for me.
