Not sure if this was said because I'm not fully caught up on my reading, but has anyone mentioned that when booking award tickets on united.com and the mileage for the tickets exceeds the mileage in your account, the following message is displayed: "Your account balance is YYYYY miles. You need an additional XXXXX miles to redeem this award. See options below." ?
