If someone was making an award redemption say at 160,000 miles (genuine
redemption) and the final "purchase this itenerary" screen showed a
bottomline of 320,000 miles (due to a programming error).

What would that person have done ??

Buy it at 320,000 ? or

Call in to have it corrected BEFORE the purchase ??
