I just booked a 10,000 mile award ticket, those miles were immediately deducted from my account.
I then canceled a 37,500 mile award ticket (for August travel), those miles
were not returned to my account even though the confirmation screen said they were:
1 award 37,500 miles
Additional $10.00
Total Refund 37,500 Miles and
$10.00
Redeposit Fee* $0.00
I'm angry.
And based upon what I've read here, I guess it probably still is useless to try to get Customer service to correct this for the time being?
