I'd ask them how much it's worth to them. I'd probably switch seats with anyone on any domestic flight for $100 (same cabin) or $1,000 (F switching to Y). On a TPAC I'd need $300 in the same cabin but to switch from J to Y I'd need $3,000 or the double the premium over a T fare that I paid to be in J, whichever is greater.
