That's ok! I just checked my res again and it still says the same thing "sold out/not guaranteed". I emailed the pre-arrival contact yesterday about the bed type and received a response saying they would notify the front desk manager...we'll see what happens. Another interesting point: I just did a mock booking at an RC without entering my membership number and see "Guaranteed: 1 King Bed". So it seems that this isn't even a membership benefit, but actually applies to the RC brand (or maybe specific hotels?). Please do let us know what happens. Thanks!
