Basic answer is that you can't until you are actually on the plane with any certainty. Even before this introduction, TG was notorious for switching aircraft around at the last minute (sometimes referred to as TG roulette). You can get an early indication by looking at the F seatmap though. If there are only 9 seats, then it is the new F config. Anything else isn't.
