Lie flats on A380; 2 types of Boeing 777-300ER in Emirates fleet - says either 'angled' or 'recline' in J class; lie flat in F here:

I would guess your choice of flights in and out of Dubai would also depend on connecting time from Copenhagen? We are travelling Glasgow-Melbourne return in November, J class, done it number of times before; thoroughly recommend Emirates.
