I guess you're just not familiar with the Go Forward Plan authored by Gordon Bethune and his leadership team.
I guess because Jeff Smisek has not personally communicated the corporate strategy of United Continental Holdings with
bocastephen, there is no plan and the airline is just muddling forward, generating enough cash to pay executive bonuses.
