I assume you mean someone who will give you a local number and not an internet-only service?

I'm happy with voip.ms and I've been using them for a year now. Very reliable for me but my call volume is very low. They are based in Canada but have servers across the US, Canada and even a pop in the UK.

I have my obi110 configured to use them for the primary line, Google voice as the secondary line.
