The M gates are currently not in use in the afternoon, unless I am mistaken.
From the main pier in 2E, where the K gates are located, it is a 45s ride to S3, where the L gates are located. When you add the time needed to walk to/from the automated train stations, you should factor in less than 10mn from the K gates to the L gates.
