oh my my my..... OP don't use the Sky Priority Line, just bypass the line, and head to the front, the customer service agents will lead you to the front of the line, they are so gracious and courteous in Narita and would never turn you away.... Is that better????
And FYI, not everyone one here on FT complains.....
