To answer your question, I have cancelled 10 non refundable tickets (2 return trips from LHR for 5) as I took his threats seriously and am scheduled to discuss this matter with the person's direct manager this week. I have no LHR flight left and do not intend to fly BA from T5 prior to having this resolved

I kept all flights leaving from LCY (JFK mostly) and LGW (male). Thanks for your concern.
