my wife had the boa virgin atlantic card with $99 annual fee (no free first year).
after getting the 45k flying club bonus miles, i called for her to knock off the annual fee, was told no, 2nd time i called and spoke to senior rep. we agreed to convert that to this card instead of canceling the virgin atlantic amex card and was told the $99 fee from the virgin atlantic card will go off. card got converted but annual fee is carried to this card. chatted online but was told NO. called and spoke to senior rep again and this time the new rep agreed to remove the $90 annual fee and today I saw it credited.

I don't know much about this card, no annual fee but still like any other boa cards. this one is not as good as any chase cards. the reward programs are pathetic.
