It is located down a hallway of shops that leads off the main lobby and probably used to be a shop. It is open from 6-11 PM each night. There are 8 or so tables inside and another 8 outside on a back patio. There are 3 flat screen televisions.

Food consisted of a bowl of potato chips, a bowl of snack mix, a plate of small dessert tarts, and some apples. For drinks there was one choice of red wine, one choice of white, a refrigerator with a small assortment of basic beer, soft drinks and water, and an automatic push button coffee machine that made espressos, lattes, and hot water for tea.

Staffing was minimal. An attendant came in once in a while to restock food, drinks, and glassware. Used glasses and plates went uncleared throughout the evening and piled up on the tables.

It was an okay place to sit and have a drink after coming back for the night, but it was no better than what you would find at an airport hotel somewhere in the middle of the US. It seems pretty clear that it was put together to meet the requirements of the HHonors program as cheaply as possible.
As I wrote earlier in my detailed review, it is a PATHETIC excuse for a "lounge" and it was open during my stay in early April this year.
Luckily, I was granted Imperial Lounge access.
