I'm trying to book a multi-leg AA award ticket from DFW to Moscow that includes a JFK-HEL leg on AY.
The tool is showing availability (I think); however, AA is saying there's no availability on this particular flight for these two dates I'm trying. Am I querying the tool incorrectly, or is AA incorrect (I've called back three times thinking the AAgent didn't know what they were doing)?
Looks like a possible connectivity issue between
AY and its partners, as the
[Awards/BA-OneWorld] Engine does not show those seats.
You would need to ask the Agent to do a Long-Sell and see what answer
