Once a cert is redeemed it can't be used again. I have had excellent responses from 1K Customer Care in situations concerning replacement of certs. When your flight was cancelled, didn't they offer to rebook it for a later time?
The offered to rebook me for the next day in the evening.
All the later flights were either full or also cancelled.
Since I was going for a one night event, the next day flight was not going to work.
I asked to be rebooked for the next week, they said I would need to call and do that so they had to cancel the ticket. Once I called, I lost the value of the voucher. I emailed the customer care rep who issued it several months ago to see if there is anything she can do, still haven't heard back, will post an update once I do.
