Long Days - How to keep going
Hi All,
How do you manage those long days with travel at either side? I suspect you are all probably experts at this now! After a long week how do you manage that early start (~5:30am) and late arrival home (~22:45); with two LONG meetings in the middle that require your full attention.
Do you pay more attention to what you eat, get friendly for the coffee machine or sleep on your morning travel (assume you aren't driving) and snooze on the way back? Or do you just keep going until you hit the wall of the day?
