Being sarcastic when they pointed out there could be possible repercussions wasn't really needed. You're correct that the odds of Marriott checking are probably slim, but they're correct that Marriott could & you (or others) wouldn't have a lot of recourse if they took corrective action.

Of course the upside to the topic going off-topic is now people know what the T&Cs are

There's no attitude...he's the one that basically said I was stupid for posting the mistake that Marriott made in a public forum and then saying because of THEIR mistake they can close my account...give me a break, should I call them and tell them they screwed up.

My original post was stating that I was credited for two rooms and only paid for one...that was the extent of it....the other guy came with the attitude.

I'm done....

And BTW...both rooms were paid for, I paid for one and the guy I work with paid for the other...his last post quoting the T&C's implies only one room was paid for
