From the T&C's:
12.In the case of fraud or abuse involving the Rewards Program, Point credit, Miles credit, Reward use, or a participating hotel, the Company and its travel partners have the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including but not limited to revocation/cancellation of any Reward and/or termination of Rewards Program Membership, and all Miles or Points and certificates (“Certificates”) earned through the Rewards Program may be forfeited and any relevant Membership Account(s) closed.
Abuse can be defined as booking multiple nights knowing they don't qualify and given you have posted knowing MR doesn't trap it, they would have a point.
I suspect we will need to agree to disagree on how this can be handled. I have seen agents do worse for less and since this is all at the company's discretion.
19.The Company has the sole discretion to interpret and apply the Program Rules, and all questions or disputes regarding these Program Rules will be resolved by the Company in its sole discretion.
