I was just able to use my $200 ecert.

I had tried a million times to redeem it on a fare >$200 using Google Chrome as my browser, no luck.

Booked in IE (x86, NOT the 64-bit version) and it processed fine.

So perhaps switch browsers for the booking if you are getting error messages
