A friend of mine who lives in mexico city told me months ago that he hadnt seen any major construction going on at the PH (this is probably back in January) in a while. Not sure what that means, and who knows if its just from when he drove by on a particular day... but still sad if true.

On the other hand, I will be booking my trip to the HR Mexico City for early 2013!
