This is a great way to rack up miles if your school doesn't charge a big fee for using a cc. I am also in law school and pay my entire tuition on my the day before scholarships and loans disburse. Since my balance is already paid off at the school, they deposit the entire sum into my checking account, which I use to pay off the cc bill.
