I have only flown AA in business BCN-JFK. Kosher meal is hermolis. Real plates, plastic cutlary. Lunch is an appetizer tray with salad, smoked fish etc. Then hot main course (often stuffed duck) and dessert. Second meal is usually cold - chicken salad wrap or something like that with a small salad and dessert. Plenty of food for a flight of that length and the hermolis is pretty good (for kosher airline food).
