Also waiting on the additional 10k miles of the first 15. I've used the card quite a bit and was already charged the yearly fee. I called customer service today and was told that it was likely a "typo" (i.e., dropped the 1 from the 15000 miles). Clearly she had no idea what she was talking about since we've established that it's a pattern. I'm planning to keep the card for the long haul, but only if they can keep up their part of the bargain.
