It is a separate cabin. However, in viewing seat maps, if one enters W, E, R, or T class Y+ seats will show as available while Y seats will show as blocked, whereas if you enter Y, B, H, K, ..., X class Y+ seats will show as blocked whereas Y seats will show as available. Don't know how ExpertFlyer work but apparently the above seat map shows all Y+ seat blocked so is pulled from an Y inventory. If W, E, R, or T class can be chosen the display will be different.
