Can you not send yourself the money electronically via the Western Union website?
Nope, nor can you use xoom. Tried both of them normally, got blocked by the non usa IP addresses then tried by using 2 different VPNs. All blocked. Xoom not only blocked me, but blacklisted me....
They did however, manage to take the money out of my account and it was quite a bit of work to get it back!!
