Dear Daniel,

SQ DOES interline with MH, i can confirm this based on my recent experience, please refer to the link above for the post i posted on this regard. The SQ reservation hotlines do everything by the book, but this varies with what actually will happen with airport control procedures, so take the advice from the SQ hotlines with a pinch of salt..

Since your transferring point in Malaysia is at KUL, the airport is capable of auto-transferring your baggage directly to PER. So does SIN.

However, Guy Betsy does have a really good point on that it's better to try not to have too many connections for your baggage. Since the later legs of your flights are on MH, i would suggest you check your baggage through only to NRT from your point of origin, and then recheck them with SQ in NRT and ask the agent to check it through with MH to PER. Show your MH printout to the agent and they will be able to do the trick for you, and since you are *G and will check in at premium counters, i guess the agent will be willing to go the extra length for you.
