That said, the old Type B vouchers worked the same way, I think, so I'm not so sure this is all that different other than using them online, with full residual value.
I was going by the T&C that came with the e-cert, saying
5. Ticketing Dates: Valid for 1 year from July 3, 2011
6. Travel Dates: Valid for 1 year from July 3, 2011
