I love lobster, many restaurants include this in their "upscale" buffets.
In Las Vegas, on Sundays, Bally's has a Sterling Brunch, which included lobster--but over the years this brunch has gone down hill in a big way, instead of "real" lobster they now have lobster tails, instead of fresh sushi on rice, they only have rolled sushi--but the price has gone up (nearly) exponentially.
Showboat in Atlantic City, now has lobster in their buffet every day (so they say), in the near future I'll try it and report back.
