That's the odd part because I was logged in when I purchased the tickets. It pulled up my name and my credit card info.

Since I was logged in to buy the tickets, I thought it was a glitch due to the merger and as I planned to apply SWUs to the flight, I didn't want to mess up the order in the queue by cancelling the ticket and reissuing it, risking a higher price due to their new dynamic pricing. Another oddity was that my confirmations went to an email address that was mine but never used with UA.
