The word I heard (from the former GM) is that Aman wants Bora Bora to re-route the road that goes by the back side of the property. It comes too close to the rooms there, creating noise. As it's only a dirt road, the rerouting is a relatively inexpensive thing to accomplish

So Hotel Bora Bora is basically waiting the government out...
