I like the version that wraps around my iPhone. As we are seeing more and more restrictions on traveling or mailing lithium ion batteries, one that is physically part of my phone seems the safest bet. I already carry more electronics than the TSA wants. Dumbing it down seems the safest bet.

I have a Mophie case, but would love to find something similar with a kickstand. I use a kickstand style case as my day-to-day case with my iPhone and use it as my travel alarm/sleep sound machine. I hate having to switch cases just for this perfect.

I feel like I have a wardrobe for my iPhone. I have the active case for the him. The kickstand (with a svelt case) for day-to-day and the Mophie case for travel or long days away from cars or the office.
